It is very simple to make and requires a few ingredients

Ingredients for the milk cake

4cups fresh milk
2cups castor sugar
1 cup olive oil
2tsp baking powder
4 cups snowflake flour
1 cup Sultan
4eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
Method
1.sieve flour into a bowl
2. Add baking powder
3.Add sugar and mix
4. Whisk eggs and add to the dry ingredients
5.Pour milk gradually and stir smoothly
6.Add vanilla essence to the olive oil
7.Pour the olive oil and vanilla to the flour dough storing smoothly
8.Grease the baking tin
9.Preheat the oven to 175oC.
10.Bake for 55minutes.
11. Remove from oven and allow it to cool before serving it.
